The Internet is the medium to promulgate UN results, expertise and experience. This presents a new modality in development assistance for the UN system.
Organizations have multiple and disparate list servers and mailing lists to engage workers and contributors. A consistent and standardized approach is needed to broaden knowledge workers and practitioners, and to make information available.
UN agencies do not have the same systems, but systems can now communicate in the same way.
