- Undertake a review of ICT support services and technology platforms to understand the potential scope of this activity;
- Undertake a review of possible target countries, in terms of education and work experience of workforce and infrastructure arrangements;
- Determine whether to undertake as a UN system joint initiative or one that is outsourced; Offer contractual terms to UN agencies wishing to outsource/offshore services.
